Boscov’s separates online-order questions from its store locator, credit-card accounts and furniture deliveries. Use the order contact for a purchase placed online or by telephone.
An independent reference. Birch Waypoint is not Boscov's’s customer service team. This number belongs to the company; we do not connect, forward or record calls.
For a follow-up with Boscov's, distinguish the original request from a later development. An item code and a purchase date help distinguish otherwise similar products. Any opening hours or conditions should be checked at the current source.
