An independent reference. Birch Waypoint is not Outdoor Research’s customer service team. This number belongs to the company; we do not connect, forward or record calls.
The listed Outdoor Research channels are references to the company’s own published destinations. Keep the order reference and delivery tracking number as two separate details. No response speed is inferred from the presence of a phone or website link.
